Job summary

Rullion Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee passive fire protection projects from handover through to completion. The role covers programme management, client liaison, commercial oversight, safety, and quality assurance in a hybrid East Midlands setting.

You will manage RAMS, budgets, and cost reporting, while coordinating with site teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Strong construction background and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Experience as Contracts Manager or Project Manager.
• Experience delivering multiple projects to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management.
• Experience managing budgets and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple passive fire protection projects from handover to completion.
• Ensure programmes stay on schedule and meet budget.
• Prepare RAMS and ensure site compliance.
• Lead health and safety and quality procedures on site.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders and attend meetings.
• Manage costs, procurement, and reporting.
