Appoint Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager for roles in the West or East Midlands, with the ability to visit sites across the region. Salary up to £100,000 with a car option and benefits.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery of multiple Build projects, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives.
• Manage and support site-based teams including Project Managers and Site Managers.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and procurement, resolving delivery issues and maintaining progress against programme.
• Build strong client relationships with senior-level oversight from pre-construction to handover and completion.
