Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in Bradford is seeking an experienced Contracts/Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical building services to oversee HVAC and plumbing installations across the UK.

You will manage projects from order receipt through to handover, coordinate budgets, subcontractors and client relations, and ensure safety and quality while progressing within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager in mechanical building services.
• Strong background in M&E, HVAC, ventilation or plumbing installations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs and variations.
• Excellent organisational and programme-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing installation projects.
• Reviewing project specifications, scope of works and contractual requirements.
• Planning and coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials and project resources.
• Carrying out site surveys and providing information for drawings.
• Monitoring project programmes and milestones.
• Managing client relationships and progress meetings.
• Monitoring project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Identifying and pricing project variations.
• Coordinating completion, commissioning and handover.
