Job summary

Caswell FRD, part of C. Caswell Engineering Services Limited, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee HVAC projects nationwide from our Haslingden base.

You will lead Project Managers and Engineers, manage contracts, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality. You will develop the contracts team, coordinate with production, installation and QA, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and CDM regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree/HND/HNC in Engineering/Building Services required.
• Project Management Qualification preferred.
• Strong IT skills: Word, Excel, Access, MS Project.
• Experience in Ventilation and Air Conditioning / Building Services projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Ensure contracts meet budget, time and quality targets.
• Negotiate contract terms with customers.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams.
• Maintain health and safety plans and site compliance.
• Manage customer relationships and grow business.
