Job summary

Coleman James is working with an established M&E contractor to recruit a Contracts Manager. Based at the North East office, you will travel to sites across the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Scotland on a regular basis.

You will lead contract lifecycles, manage supplier relationships, and ensure performance and compliance while reporting to Directors. This role demands strong financial oversight and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale M&E contracts.
• Proven ability to lead tenders, negotiations and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Oversee contract lifecycles including tenders, negotiation, and execution.
• Lead risk management and compliance across projects.

• Oversee projects remotely with direct reports on site.
