Versa Consulting Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager specialising in brickwork and masonry to join its leadership team in Wales. You will oversee multiple live projects, lead site teams and manage delivery across the Wales & West region.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, proactive problem-solving and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will build client relationships and drive safety and quality across major schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of brickwork and masonry packages.
• Proven track record delivering new build projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

Contracts Manager - Brickwork & Masonry

An established and growing specialist masonry contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its senior leadership team.

Working with leading main contractors on a range of new build projects, you'll oversee multiple brickwork and masonry packages, lead project teams and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful business with a strong pipeline of work.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a strong understanding of brickwork and masonry construction who is looking for a long-term career move with genuine progression prospects.

The Role
