Job summary

Thomas Gray Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple housebuilding sites. You will lead a team, manage build programmes, and ensure strict adherence to health and safety, Building Regulations, and NHBC standards.

You will coordinate with local authorities and inspectors to resolve issues and support smooth customer handovers with exceptional finish quality. The role requires a proven track record in housebuilding, strong leadership, and a detailed approach to programme

Qualifications

• Proven track record in housebuilding projects.
• Strong knowledge of H&S compliance and NHBC standards.
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and site QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support a team of Site Managers.
• Detail the management of build programmes and sequencing across sites.
• Take overall responsibility for health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Maintain quality control and ensure works meet NHBC and company standards.
• Liaise with internal departments, local authorities and inspectors to resolve issues.
• Support the customer journey by ensuring timely handovers and high finish quality.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep builds on track.
