We’re currently seeking an experienced Painting and Decorating Contracts Manager to join our expanding team in the Greater Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to become part of a dynamic, multi award-winning family business and be involved with delivering a portfolio of high profile projects across the region.

Successful applicants will be expected to:

• Be responsible for delivering projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, education and hotel & leisure.
• Be accountable for ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales, quality control standards and to budget.
• Build on existing client relations and attract new clients and contracts and develop business, employees following laid down company procedures.
• Organise and recruit labour and subcontractors on identified sites.
• Programme and plan all identified works.
• Set all contracts up with targets for site-based team prior to starting.
• Develop new and existing business.

Skills/ Knowledge

• Painting & Decorating experience.
• Customer care
• Information technology skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Full UK Driving Licence
