Contracts Manager

Location: Hybrid and Didsbury, Manchester

Salary: 49,934.00

Full time: 35 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Working arrangements: Agile working with 3 days per week in the office (fully office-based during training)

The Role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Property Services Team. The successful candidate will support the Assistant Director of Property Services in delivering maintenance and investment programmes on time and within budget, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, health, safety, and wellbeing.

The role involves managing a team and overseeing the delivery of maintenance and construction programmes through internal and external contractors, including reactive repairs, void works, legal, and investment works. Experience in procuring construction projects, managing contractors, and achieving value for money is highly desirable.

Ideal candidates will have financial acumen, technical building knowledge, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
