Job summary

Celnor is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the Fire and Flood division, covering the North Doncaster or Preston area. You will oversee insurance reinstatement and property repair projects from initial survey through to final account, collaborating with policyholders, insurers and subcontractors to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, insurance reinstatement or property repair projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read engineers' and surveyors' reports.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Visit policyholders and stakeholders to assess damage and agree scopes of work.
• Manage insurance repair projects from survey through to completion.
• Prepare costings, valuations and contract documentation.
• Manage variations, interim valuations and final accounts.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
• Monitor progress and provide accurate reports and updates.
• Ensure health & safety compliance on site.
• Liaise with policyholders, insurers and loss adjusters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with office staff for document control and information management.
