Job summary

SEED Environmental, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the Fire & Flood division, covering North Doncaster or Preston area. You will manage insurance repair projects from initial survey to final account, coordinating surveying, estimating, project management and client liaison to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong construction project management experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to lead multiple projects

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, insurance reinstatement, fire and flood restoration.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building repair works.
• Experience preparing costings, valuations and final accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Visit policyholders and stakeholders to assess damage and agree scopes of work.
• Manage insurance repair projects from survey to completion.
• Prepare costings, valuations and contract documentation.
• Manage variations, interim valuations and final accounts.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance on sites.
• Liaise with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters throughout projects.
• Work with coordinators to ensure document control and information management.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and snagging.
