Job summary

Construction, a Lincolnshire-based refurbishment and new build specialist, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects. You will manage up to three projects simultaneously, ranging from £200k to £3m, ensuring delivery on time and to budget.

Based in Lincolnshire with sites across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, the role blends office and site work from 7:00am to 5:00pm. A £45,000 base salary plus a £7,000 car allowance and benefits reflect the seniority and varied

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or new build projects.
• Sector experience in healthcare, education and/or social housing preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; commercial awareness and client management.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Overseeing Site Managers on individual projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
• Monitoring programme performance and project commerciality.
• Attending sites regularly whilst maintaining office presence as required.
• Supporting the continued growth of the business through successful project delivery.
