Job summary

Time Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for Lincolnshire based refurbishment and new build projects. You will oversee up to three projects with values from £200k to £3m, across healthcare, education, social housing, public sector buildings and commercial refurbishments.

You'll work closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and senior leadership to ensure delivery from start to finish, maintaining safety, quality and budget discipline while contributing to the business's

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or new build projects.
• Experience in healthcare, education and/or social housing preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Overseeing Site Managers on individual projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
• Monitoring programme performance and project commerciality.
• Attending sites regularly whilst maintaining office presence as required.
• Supporting the continued growth of the business through successful project delivery.
