Job summary

Linsco is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for refurbishment and maintenance projects in Nottingham. You will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership and effective liaison with clients, consultants and site teams. You will manage budgets, forecasts and cost control, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor health and safety, CDM compliance, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Previous experience in refurbishment and maintenance projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, CDM regulations, and project financial.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Location: Nottingham based

Salary: Up to £55,000 based on experience
