Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead refurbishment and new build projects from Lincolnshire base. You will oversee up to three projects ranging from £200k to £3m, coordinating with Site Managers, QSs and senior leadership to ensure delivery across healthcare, education, social housing, public sector and commercial refurbishments.

The role offers variety, with travel across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and surrounding regions, and a flexible split

Qualifications

Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or new build projects.
Sector experience within healthcare, education and/or social housing preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commercial awareness and client management experience.

Responsibilities

Managing multiple construction projects concurrently.
Overseeing Site Managers on individual projects.
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Liaising with Quantity Surveyors, clients and subcontractors.
Monitoring programme performance and project commerciality.
Attending sites regularly whilst maintaining office presence as required.
Supporting the continued growth of the business through successful project delivery.
