Job summary

1st Executive is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of construction, engineering, maintenance and operational contracts, from tender stage through to completion. You will negotiate commercial agreements, manage contractual risks and ensure effective contract administration in collaboration with the Projects team.

Ideal candidates will have NEC4 and IChemE contracts experience, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-value contracts

Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction or engineering contracts.
• Exposure to NEC4 and IChemE contracts is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with tenders, variations and claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of construction, engineering, maintenance and operational contracts from tender to completion.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contractual risks.
• Coordinate with Projects team to resolve issues and administer post-award changes.
