Job summary

Bimplus in Warrington is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead commercial and industrial fit-out projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You will work with the design, site, and commercial teams to deliver high-value schemes on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a background in construction fit-out, experience with main or principal contractors, strong subcontractor and programme management, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.

I'm currently working with an extremely well-established and highly regarded Principal Contractor that has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-value commercial and industrial fit-out projects across the region.

Due to continued growth and an exceptionally strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Warrington.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial and industrial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest possible standards.

You will work closely with the commercial, design and site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of each scheme.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager within the construction/fit-out sector.
• Strong experience delivering commercial and/or industrial fit-out projects.
• Experience working for a Main Contractor or Principal Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, subcontractor management, programme and commercial performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards throughout project delivery.
