Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment are seeking a Contracts Manager to join an established commercial and industrial fit-out contractor in Southampton. You will oversee multiple projects from initial enquiry through to procurement, delivery and completion, ensuring safety, budget and quality standards.

The role offers a salary up to £55,000 DOE plus benefits, with a company vehicle and pension. This is a great opportunity to join a well‑established SME during a period of growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar in commercial fit-out or refurbishment.
• Ability to manage projects from enquiry through completion with client liaison.
• Experience preparing quotations, budgets and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial fit-out projects from enquiry to completion.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements and develop proposals.
• Prepare quotations, bids and estimates to support new and existing business.
• Complete take-offs, budgets, programmes and delivery timescales.
• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to meet deadlines.
• Oversee project budgets, variations and commercial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Attend site meetings and act as main point of contact for stakeholders.
