Job summary

Upfront Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager - Fit-Out in Hampshire, with travel to sites. The role delivers turnkey fit-out projects across retail, hospitality, wellness, and commercial sectors, overseeing contracts from pre-construction to handover.

The candidate will lead client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams within a senior, hands-on team. A strong track record in high-specification fit-out projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial fit-out and construction.
• Experience as Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager in fit-out.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project teams and client relationships.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts and project delivery.
• SMSTS and CSCS certifications are required.
• A relevant construction qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of fit-out and construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project teams to meet programme and standards.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee programme, procurement, commercial and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate complex construction elements including structural and enabling works.
• Control project risks, quality, health and safety, and handover of works.
