Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the Commercial team on a permanent basis. The role covers the East & West Midlands, managing groundworks projects and coordinating with clients and subcontractors on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in contracts management, strong groundworks experience, and up-to-date SMSTS/CSC qualifications, with a full UK driving licence. A company car or car allowance and a pension scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager.
• Experience managing Groundworks projects is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
• Up to date qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.).
• Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.
• Prioritise workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.
• Attend site meetings with client and sub-contractors; produce accurately recorded minutes.
• Work closely with Commercial and Procurement teams to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with current legislation.
• Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation.
