Qualifications

• A strong understanding and experience of residential groundworks packages and associated civil engineering.
• SMSTS & CSCS cards are required.

Covering civil engineering and residential groundworks across project work including:

• Earthworks, stabilisation, remediation, piling


• Housing plots / foundations


• Tanks, ponds, etc

Contracts Manager Requirements:

• A strong understanding and experience of residential groundworks packages and associated civil engineering
