Nicholas Associates has partnered with a highly regarded groundworks and civil engineering contractor. Due to growth and securing new projects, they are looking for a Contracts Manager. The company boasts a high staff retention rate and employee progression programmes. They work alongside construction companies, delivering civil engineering, groundworks, and infrastructure services to new build projects with top 10 house builders.

The company seeks an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in residential groundworks, overseeing 4-6 projects simultaneously. Projects are located in and around the West Midlands area.

Key Skills/Qualifications Required

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (not essential)
• Background as a Site Engineer (not essential)
• CSCS Card / SMSTS or equivalent
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Experience managing multiple groundworks contracts
• Good man-management skills
