Job summary

Blue Water Recruitment Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager for the Midlands to lead projects across resin flooring, concrete repairs and polished concrete. You will plan, oversee and coordinate multiple large contracts from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a solid resin flooring background, and the ability to drive projects from planning through to completion.

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager in a relevant sector.
• Solid background in Resin Flooring and related works.
• Ability to lead large projects from planning through to completion.
• Strong coordination to keep projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and oversee projects across Resin Flooring, Concrete Repairs and Polished Concrete.
• Lead and coordinate multiple contracts from inception to delivery.
• Ensure projects run on time, within budget and to client specifications.
