Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a temp-to-perm assignment based in Market Harborough, with travel to site as required. You will oversee multiple projects, ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the senior management, you will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, manage programmes and variations, and provide regular progress updates. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects and site teams.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage programmes, budgets and subcontractors.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project programmes, progress and costs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Manage and resolve project issues as they arise.
• Ensure all works comply with health & safety requirements.
• Monitor quality and ensure works are completed to the required standards.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor management.
• Manage variations, valuations and commercial aspects of projects.
• Support Site Managers and ensure effective communication between site and office teams.
• Provide regular reports to senior management.

Location: Market Harborough or within travel distance

Salary: GBP500 - GBP600 per day
Start Date: ASAP

Frontline Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well‑established construction business on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a long‑term position, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role following a successful temporary period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
