Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to lead MEP/building services contracts in London. You will oversee multi-project delivery, manage senior teams and ensure on-time, on-budget performance with strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Project Manager within an MEP/MEP environment.
• Strong background in commercial fit-out projects, ideally CAT A and CAT B.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading project delivery teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, including variations, cost reporting and contractual management.
• A track record of delivering complex building services projects safely, on programme and within budget.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading building services subcontractor delivering prestigious, high-value MEP projects across London.

The business has a strong reputation for engineering excellence, providing fully coordinated mechanical and electrical solutions across premium commercial fit-outs, major office developments and complex building services projects.

This is a senior leadership position suited to an established Contract Manager with a strong M&E subcontracting background, capable of overseeing multiple projects, managing client relationships and driving commercial performance.

The Role
