Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead high-value MEP fit-out projects in London. This senior role requires overseeing multiple project teams, managing client relationships, and driving commercial performance across premium developments.

You will ensure programmes, quality, health and safety, and cost control are maintained, while coordinating procurement, variations and handovers on CAT A/B projects. A strong M&E background and proven leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Project Manager within an MEP environment.
• Strong background in commercial fit-out projects, ideally CAT A and CAT B.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading project delivery teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, including variations, cost reporting and contractual management.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading building services subcontractor delivering prestigious, high-value MEP projects across London.

The business has a strong reputation for engineering excellence, providing fully coordinated mechanical and electrical solutions across premium commercial fit-outs, major office developments and complex building services projects.

This is a senior leadership position suited to an established Contract Manager with a strong M&E subcontracting background, capable of overseeing multiple projects, managing client relationships and driving commercial performance.

The Role

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple MEP fit-out projects across London.
• Manage project teams, Project Managers and site management personnel.

The Ideal Candidate
