Job description

We re assisting our client with their pursuit of a full-time Passive Fire Protection (PFP) Contracts Manager to join their team. You ll be based on-site and manage a range of fire safety projects including fire stopping, intumescent coatings, insulation, and industrial painting.

What you ll be doing:

• Managing fire protection projects from start to finish
• Working closely with contractors and clients
• Keeping projects on time and within budget
• Managing up to six live projects at any given time
• Carrying out site visits (all around London) and making sure work meets safety standards
• Handling paperwork and reports

What we re looking for:

• You must have previous experience within passive fire protection(PFP)
• Good understanding of fire safety rules and regulations
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Fire safety or construction qualifications (preferred)
• Must have an NVQ in passive fire protection.
