Enable Resourcing are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager for a specialist residential groundworks contractor. Based in Kent, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

The role requires an engineering background, proven leadership, and strong client-facing skills. The package ranges £80,000–£120,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for permanent or day-rate engagements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the groundworks sector.
• Engineering background with strong technical understanding of groundworks and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple residential schemes simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management ability.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Manage site teams and maintain strong client relationships.
