Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the commercial and contractual delivery of design & build fit-out projects in London. The role focuses on CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit-out work with high-profile clients and repeat business.

You will manage variations, valuations, final accounts and oversee subcontractor and supplier contracts while maintaining strong client relationships across the project lifecycle. Immediate start is possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial fit-out / Design & Build.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial and contractual requirements across projects.

The business specialises in delivering CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit-out projects, working with a strong portfolio of high-profile clients and a high level of repeat business.

The Role

The Contracts Manager will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual delivery of projects, working closely with the wider project team, clients, subcontractors and supply chain.
