You will act as the primary liaison between clients, operations, and senior management to ensure service quality, compliance, and profitable contract performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, or similar in construction logistics.
• Strong commercial understanding and contract management experience.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of construction logistics contracts from mobilisation through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Work with operational teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for contract growth and business development.
• Manage commercial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements.

Our client, a leading provider of construction logistics services, is looking to appoint an experienced Logistics Contracts Manager to join its head office team in London.

This position will play a critical role in managing key client contracts, ensuring operational excellence across multiple projects, and supporting the continued growth of the business. The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients, operational teams, and senior management to ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of construction logistics contracts from mobilisation through to completion.
