Job summary

A family-run roofing company in Gloucester is seeking a Contracts Manager for a temporary position lasting at least 6 months. You will coordinate with site managers and subcontractors, monitor project progress, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing or cladding projects, hold relevant certifications, and possess a full UK driving licence. Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites

Required Skills:

• Previous experience managing roofing/cladding related projects preferable
• Ability to manage multiple contracts at any one time
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Valid First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving Licence
