Base pay range

The Contracts Manager role

• Lead operational delivery of projects, including kitchen and bathroom contracts
• Instill ownership and responsibility in your teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Lead by example, motivate, incentivize, and develop your team, including apprentices
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new team members
• Ensure Health and Safety measures are in place and monitored
• Manage resources, including subcontractors, plant, and materials
• Build relationships internally and externally to ensure successful project delivery
• Produce accurate site reports and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage your own time to maintain productivity and keep procedures and reports up to date

What you should bring

• Strong Health and Safety management experience with leadership by example
• Excellent planning and organizing skills, with understanding of cost and risk management
• Experience managing direct labor, investing in team development
• Customer-centric approach, delivering according to client expectations
• SMSTS qualification and sound knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
• Trade background (NVQ level 2 or equivalent) preferred but not essential
