Assist the Architects in the daily contract administration and project management matters
Prepare tender and contract documents.
Carry out tender evaluation and prepare recommendation report.
Strong knowledge in the Building Contracts such as the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract and SIA Building Contracts.
Coordinate and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Contractor in addressing project and contractual matters.
