Contracts Manager - Construction and Fit-Out Projects

Location: Covering Devon, Wiltshire, and Berkshire

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse range of construction and fit-out projects across Devon, Wiltshire, and Berkshire. Our client specialises in delivering high-quality solutions in roofing, flooring, and project fit-out services for a variety of blue-chip clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
2. Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations across all projects.
5. Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize resource allocation.
6. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports.
7. Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction or fit-out industry.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, including roofing, flooring, and interior fit-outs.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.
