We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager as a 6-month contract role with possible extension based in Severn Beach, Bristol. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of innovative products, overseeing all stages from planning to launch and initial deliveries. Your ability to ensure a seamless, cross-functional process is key, with flexibility to collaborate remotely across different business units. As a role model, you will promote and enhance project management and product development practices and invest in the growth of your teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project deliverables following the stage-gate development process.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to monitor progress, costs, risks, and issues at the business level.
• Work with stakeholders to align project schedule, quality, features, and costs with business requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations for smooth release and transition to routine shipping.
• Lead initiatives for continuous process improvement and introduce new processes and tools.

• Lead project meetings, manage tasks, and communicate status, risks, and issues effectively.
