Overview
Our client has an important presence in the UK and international renewable energy sector, currently backed by globally recognized infrastructure investors. With a portfolio exceeding 660 MW across several ready-to-build sites, including both solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS), the company currently holds the largest co-located solar and storage portfolio in the UK.
The company is entering a significant build-out phase, with the first projects set to start in Q1 2025. They currently have an ambitious and vibrant team in their HQ in Glasgow, full of entrepreneurial and motivated individuals. To support this momentum, they are seeking to strengthen their delivery team with a Contract and Commercial Manager based in Glasgow.
You
You will ideally come from a quantity surveying, commercial, or contract management background, with at least 10 years of experience in the construction phases of large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Experience with contract management, variation orders, and claims is required.
You should be confident working across both FIDIC and NEC contract frameworks and have experience with multi-contract structures, especially within solar PV, BESS, and Balance of Plant (BoP) projects.
