Noriker Power Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the commercial delivery of major BESS projects. This full-time, on-site role focuses on administering, coordinating and negotiating commercial matters throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will be degree-educated in STEM, with strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills, and must be able to commute to Cheltenham for the first year.

Aufgaben

• Contract Administration: Maintain commercial registers, logs (variations, claims, correspondence), and track critical contractual dates, notices, and clause compliance.
• Cost Control & Financials: Track committed costs, actuals, and forecasts. Help prepare project cost/commercial reports against baselines, cash flow forecasts, and cash collection.
• Payments & Invoicing: Assist in preparing progress/milestone claims, assess 3rd-party payment applications, and verify subcontractor/supplier invoices against contract terms.
• Variations & Risk Management: Log and manage contract variations, assist in commercial negotiations, quantify financial risks/recoveries, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Stakeholder Support & Close-Out: Coordinate with internal/external teams, support audits, assist business development/financing, and manage project close-outs and final accounts.
• Undertake ad-hoc commercial and administrative tasks to support the wider project team when necessary.
