Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Location: Ashford

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and evaluate contract proposals and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage and oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation through completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and databases for easy retrieval.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of contractual terms and conditions to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience working with contracts (administration) preferred but not essential.
  • Willingness to undertake complex training.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
