Job Description:

We're hiring on behalf of a leading, award winning recruitment agency within the technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join their Payroll & Compliance team, supporting contractor care and payroll operations.

As a Contractor Care & Payroll Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining compliance with UK and international legislation, and supporting contractor onboarding and documentation process.

This role is fully office based for the first 6-months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process timesheets, expenses, and contractor payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update contractor documentation and compliance records.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to resolve queries and gather required documentation.
  • Support audits and reporting across various timeframes and territories.
  • Prepare contractual documentation including terminations, extensions, and amendments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant legislation (IR35, GDPR, AWR).

Requirements:

  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
  • Experience in timesheet or payroll processing required.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, IR35, GDPR, or AWR is desirable.
