Job summary

Excel Resourcing is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician for a contract role in Selby. You will service, maintain and repair a wide range of motor vehicles at the client's workshop on an ongoing basis, with overtime opportunities and an outside IR35 rate of £24 per hour.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds, have vehicle repair experience, a valid UK driving license and own tools, and demonstrate strong safety and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Experience servicing and repairing a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• UK driving license and own tools.
• Health and safety awareness in workshop practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance and repair work on motor vehicles.
• Work as part of a productive workshop team.
• Follow health and safety practices in the workshop.
• Maintain accurate records and report faults.
