Job summary

First Recruitment Group is seeking a Total Reward Advisor to join the People & Reward team in Maidenhead on a short term contract. The role focuses on salary reviews, bonus schemes, benchmarking and reward analytics to drive informed reward decisions and improve the employee experience.

Ideal candidates will have HR/Reward/Finance experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical ability. The role involves data validation, reporting and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Reward or Finance environments.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs and data analysis.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience working with HR systems and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for compensation-related queries.
• Support annual salary review, promotion and pay increase processes.
• Assist with reporting, data validation, reward analysis and system administration.
• Administer bonus schemes, including reporting, calculations and payroll coordination.
• Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking activities.
• Complete salary survey submissions and maintain compensation data.
• Support gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
• Contribute to reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
