Community Housing LTD is seeking an experienced Contract Surveyor to join the Asset Management team to deliver planned investment, cyclical maintenance and major works across around 6,000 homes.

You will prepare specifications, administer contracts, carry out valuations and monitor quality, safety and customer satisfaction while building positive relationships with customers and contractors.

Formación

• Experience as Contract Surveyor or Building Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, repairs and maintenance.
• Experience delivering investment programmes in housing.
• Knowledge of JCT and/or framework agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and monitoring planned investment, cyclical maintenance and major works contracts.
• Inspecting properties and specifying works to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
• Supervising contractors and consultants, monitoring performance, quality, cost and compliance.
• Carrying out pre- and post-inspections, ensuring value for money and customer satisfaction.
• Leading customer engagement and consultation activities, ensuring customer feedback shapes service improvements.
• Supporting procurement activities and contractor performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, CDM regulations and organisational standards.
• Ensuring projects comply with statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements relating to building safety and asset compliance.
• Assisting with financial reporting, valuations and contract administration.
• Collecting and validating stock condition data to support asset management planning.
• Working collaboratively across teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
