Overview

Contract Support Officer needed in Wareham. The rate is £16.95ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is: 5276046.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective technical operational support to the Property Safety department across work streams including, but not limited to, water safety, asbestos, lifting equipment, CCTV, fire detection and prevention, fire risk assessment and action management, security, TV aerial systems, emergency lighting, radon extract systems, white goods and fall arrest equipment.
• Take the lead on day-to-day co-ordination and operational management of Property Safety servicing, maintenance and works delivered by internal teams and external Service Providers, ensuring schedules are met and legislative requirements maintained.
