CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Oxford is seeking a Contract Support to join our team on a contract in Oxford. You will provide excellent customer service and business support, coordinating with site teams and head office to ensure timely quotations, purchase orders and SLA adherence.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Provide support to client via calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Determine fault priority based on client information.
• Coordinate with site teams and head office for quotations and POs.
• Manage supply chain and meet SLA targets.
• Direct engineering team to callouts within SLAs.
• Maintain QHSE documentation and records.
• Operate on-site systems including PPM records and reporting.
