Clancy is hiring an admin coordinator in Exeter to support the operational team with day-to-day administration, system maintenance and procurement tasks. You will help keep information accurate, raise purchase orders, and assist planning to ensure efficient delivery of contracts.
The role requires excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload while delivering a high standard of support.

You have previous administration, coordination or contract support experience and enjoy working in a busy environment where organisation and attention to detail are key.
You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be comfortable working with different systems to manage information accurately.
You'll have excellent communication skills and enjoy building positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers. You'll also be proactive, well organised and able to prioritise your workload while managing a variety of tasks.
Experience within utilities, construction or an operational environment would be beneficial but isn't essential. What matters most is that you're keen to learn, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering a high standard of support.
