Cardo Group is recruiting a Contract Supervisor to join the team covering BA, BS and TA postcodes. The role focuses on contract management, ensuring compliance with terms, and supporting project execution with strong communication and safety practices.

We seek an experienced professional with a solid background in contract administration or construction management, ready to drive performance and customer satisfaction across diverse sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong background in contract administration or construction management.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, residents and operatives to deliver high service levels.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Survey works and identify trades required.
• Liaise with planners daily.
• Manage daily activities of operatives.
• Ensure operatives are on site on time and deliver quality.
• Track client KPIs and deliver targets.
• Work with Contracts Manager daily.
• Complete inductions for new operatives.
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote safety.
• Coordinate with HSE for a safe environment.
• Maintain profit margins on each job.
• Support a good customer journey.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Be the first point of contact for operatives.
