  • Manage daily activities of operatives.
  • Ensure operatives are on site on time and deliver quality.
  • Track client KPIs and deliver targets.
  • Work with Contracts Manager daily.
  • Complete inductions for new operatives.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and promote safety.
  • Coordinate with HSE for a safe environment.
  • Maintain profit margins on each job.
  • Support a good customer journey.
  • Complete vehicle inspections.
  • Be the first point of contact for operatives.

We are currently looking to recruit a Contract Supervisor to join the team covering the BA, BS and TA postcodes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Supervisor to join our team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and supporting the efficient execution of all projects related to the contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with clients, residents and operatives daily to achieve their expectations and delivering a high level of service
  • Attending meetings internally and externally
  • Surveying works and capturing everything required, identifying the correct trades for the works to be completed
  • Liaising with planners daily
  • Managing the daily activities of the operatives, understanding their working patterns, concerns and qualities
  • Ensuring all operatives are onsite on time and working to a high standard and are delivering quality each job they complete
  • Understanding each client specific KPIs in order to deliver them affectively
  • Working with the Contracts Manager daily
  • Completing inductions for new operatives and deliver expectations
  • Completing toolbox talks with operatives
  • Working with HSE to ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues
  • Having a reasonable commercial awareness to ensure each job is delivering the required profit margin
  • Working as part of a team to provide a good customer journey for all jobs received.
  • Complete vehicle inspections
  • To be the first point of contact for the operatives.
You Will Need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management principles.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong background in contract administration, project coordination, or construction management.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
