Job summary

SThree in Manchester invites expressions of interest for Site Supervisor contract roles, focusing on hands‑on coordination, programme delivery and site safety across building and infrastructure projects in the Manchester area.

You will work with project managers, trades teams and site operatives to drive momentum, maintain records and support inspections, with opportunities to progress to senior site or project coordination roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in site supervision, site management or site coordination within construction or civil engineering.
• Knowledge of site health and safety practices and relevant site certifications (such as SMSTS, First Aid at Work, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with construction programmes, schedules and reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with trades teams, operatives and project stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of construction methods and site operations.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day‑to‑day site coordination and programme delivery
• Assisting with site induction, safety briefings and compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinating trades teams and site operatives to meet programme schedules
• Maintaining site records, daily logs and progress reporting for the project team
• Supporting quality checks and site inspections aligned with project requirements
• Liaising with project managers, clients and supply chain partners
• Contributing to a safe, productive site culture
