You will manage site activities, lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works comply with drawings and project requirements while maintaining health and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on medium-to-large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and site logistics.

My client is currently looking for a freelance senior site manager to oversee the construction of an industrial project in Manchester.

The successful Senior Site Manager will ensure that works are undertaken safely, efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme, project budget, quality standards, design information and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all site-based construction activities to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

• Lead site management teams, supervisors, subcontractors and specialist contractors.

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, construction methodologies and project requirements.
