Job summary

Pragmatic Semiconductor in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional programmes during maternity leave cover. You will own end-to-end delivery from business case through to benefits realisation, coordinating with engineers, product, operations and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• PMP, APM PMQ and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner qualifications preferred.
• MSP (Microsoft Project) essential for planning and reporting.
• Experience with ProChain or Smartsheet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from business case to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations and leadership.
• Establish governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
• Manage risks, dependencies and change requests to ensure delivery objectives.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and steering groups.
